How to use it
- Choose a readable PDF and create a drawn, typed or uploaded PNG signature.
- Use Target page above the preview, then add, duplicate or select a signature from the placed-signature list.
- Drag and resize each selected mark. Open Advanced settings only when exact page, width or coordinate values are needed.
- Apply the signatures, then verify the downloaded PDF.

Worked example
Upload two approver signatures, place one on page 2 and duplicate the other for acknowledgment lines on pages 3 and 5.
Limitations
- These are visual marks, not certificate-backed digital signatures.
- Only PNG files are accepted by the dedicated signature upload option.
- Legal acceptance depends on the document, parties and jurisdiction.
Troubleshooting
- Use the placed-signature list to select marks that overlap.
- Use a tightly cropped transparent PNG if a signature has excess surrounding space.
- Use Delete or Backspace while a preview signature is selected to remove it.
- Open Advanced settings only when precise coordinates or a different assigned page are required.

Can I add more than one signature?
Yes. Upload or create additional signatures, or duplicate a selected signature and assign each copy independently.
Which typed styles are available?
Dancing Script, Caveat and Great Vibes are hosted locally under the SIL Open Font License.
Can I remove a placed signature?
Yes. Select it in the preview or list, then use Delete. Keyboard Delete and Backspace are also supported in the preview.
Can I move and resize each signature?
Yes. Select a signature, drag it on its page and use the corner handle to resize it proportionally.
Where are the exact size and position controls?
Select a placed signature and open Advanced settings. The normal workflow keeps these technical controls out of the way.
Is this a cryptographic digital signature?
No. It adds visual signature images only.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The PDF and signature sources are processed in the current browser session.
Before you process
Can I use this sign pdf online without uploading my input?
Yes. This tool is labelled On-device, so the selected input is processed in your browser and is not sent to a Locrivo processing API.
What happens if the browser cannot process it?
The tool shows a readable error and stops. It does not silently fall back to a cloud upload.
Why can performance differ between devices?
The browser is doing the work locally, so speed and practical file size depend on available memory, CPU and browser capabilities.
